Located on the Foss Waterway, the Youth Marine Foundation has been serving the Tacoma community for more than a century. At 103 years old, it is the oldest organization on the waterway, using its 110-foot vessel, the Doolin-Rogers, as a floating classroom where students gain hands-on maritime experience.
