Since joining Christensen in 2018, Olsen has played a key role in driving policy changes and launching initiatives, which has transformed our workplace culture. Moreover, under her leadership, our female workforce now exceed 35% across all levels of the company, including leadership roles. That’s more than double the industry average, which is 16%.

Olsen is deeply committed to developing talent and promoting education. This commitment shines through in her collaboration with Connell High School, which is home to one of the first accredited high school CDL programs in Washington State. Moreover, she also plays a key role in supporting our professional truck driving team, where she leads their regional appreciation events while continuously advocating for their success.
