Yes, your Christensen Fleet Card account manager will reach out to you as soon as you are approved.
Cards are typically on their way to you within 48 hours! We offer CFN, Pacific Pride, NFS, and Voyager cards. Each card has its own setup process, but we do our best to get you fueling as soon as possible.
Yes! We want you to have full visibility to every fuel transaction. Christensen Fleet Card utilizes vehicle cards with Driver IDs, consolidating the expenses by vehicle while tracking activity by driver.
You have complete control over purchases made on behalf of your company. From fuel, oil, and even maintenance service can be purchased with the Christensen Fleet Card program. Our customer portal gives you access to monitor and adjust these controls anytime, anywhere.
Christensen Fleet Card offers a variety of fleet management reports showing all account activity, including summary reports, employee exception reports, and vehicle reports. Some programs include excise tax and IFTA standard reports to assist you with tax filing.
Christensen Fleet Card offers an array of reporting packages, including an online, real-time reporting tool where you can view transactions at any time. You can receive alerts for purchase exceptions with Christensen Fleet Card programs.
Christensen Fleet Card offers flexible billing terms to fit the needs of your business. We individually review each customer’s needs to determine the appropriate spend limits and terms.
The Oregon Fire Marshal requires all businesses that fuel in Oregon to review a Fire Safety Training document and complete an Oregon Cardlock/Fueling Safety Agreement, even if your business is not located in Oregon. You can find the links below:
