Christensen Inc., a leader in the energy distribution sector, proudly announces that Kaitlyn Olsen, our Director of Human Resources, has been recognized as a 2024 Top Woman to Watch in Transportation by the Women In Trucking (WIT) Association.

Since joining Christensen in 2018, Olsen has been instrumental in implementing pivotal policy changes and initiatives that have significantly enhanced our workplace culture and bolstered support for all employees. Her leadership has propelled our female workforce numbers to exceed 35% at all levels of the company, including in leadership positions—surpassing the industry’s average of 16% by more than double.
