Company Purpose

Team members come to weekly meetings eager to hear the weekly forecasts and get updates on the company’s performance. Team members know that they have a stake in the outcome, and want to learn how the company is performing and what they can do to increase the company’s performance.

Family members take pride in the company. Non-employee family members regularly take part in key company events such as parties, awards events and celebrations. They take pride in being part of the Christensen family. All team members and family members have a sense of pride and ownership.
